WELCOME TO OUR FLEXIBLE ONLINE/STUDIO-BASED PROGRAM!
Zoom-based services will continue for our Term 3 Yoga classes and groups. Zoom classes support accessibility and continuity of practice.
We are available for studio-based consultation or Zoom for Alexander Technique, Voice and Singing, as well as private Yoga consultation.
Consultations using multimodes of art therapy, Yoga and Alexander Technique are also available for those who would like to explore psycho-physical interconnection.
YOGA TIMETABLE
Monday July 11th to Friday September 16th
Monday 6.30 – 7.45pm (Kate)
Wednesday 1.00pm – 2.00pm (Voice Yoga) (Chris)
Thursday 10.00 – 11.15am (Chris)
Friday 9.30 – 10.45 am (Kate)
Private Yoga sessions are also available. If you have never been to one of our Yoga classes and you would like to try, it is probably helpful to book a one to one orientation session.

We will put you on our class list and ensure you receive the link or numerical code to enter the classroom.
TECHNOLOGY
You need to download the Zoom cloud meetings program for computer or the App for mobile devices. Make sure you open the App/program and complete any necessary initial set up requirements. We have found that for some people clicking on a link has been confusing. We will send invitations via a link and in that email, we will also make clear the MEETING ID. If you have trouble connecting using the link, try clicking “JOIN” and enter the code into “Meeting ID”.

10 Sessions $250/or $25 per class
For additional classes in the same week $200/$20 per class
When paying casually please make payment before class or directly after.
